TICIPATING IN THE EVENT

In the event of non-participation, the starting number may be transferred to another person if the change of starting is made directly in the registration form to 17.4.2020. In the event that the graduation runner/relay does not request the transfer of a subscriber fee to another person/relay, it will not be possible to return those funds to the graduated runner/relay. 

HOW TO REGISTER A PACERA

PACER is an accompanying runner, only allowed in the race STEFANIK TRAIL 140. Runners of this run are entitled to use the Pacera from the Pezinská Baba refreshment station. Every Pacer has the right to fully use the services of refreshment stations (food, beverages, drinking water or drop bag service). 

The Pacer data is inserted by the racer Ultra runner into its registration form (see "Step 2."). If the racer Ultra runner information about the Pacers in the questionnaire does not insert, the Paceri are not registered and cannot start without the right to refund the fee for the Pacer. Payment for the Pacer or multiple Pacers is only possible by buying a ticket at predpredaj.sk. The procedure is the same as when buying a ticket to a bus race. The maximum number of Pacers for one racer Ultra runners is 3. Racer Ultra Runner does not have to use the ability to run with a paw. The purchase of tickets and the registration of the Pacers may be made by runners STEFANIK TRAIL 140 later, even after their own registration. However, no later than 17 April 2020. One ultra runner can take advantage of a number of Pacers, but at one point, only one Pacer can run in addition to an ultra individual. Paceri can only be changed on the refreshment stations of Pezinská Baba, Kamzik buffets, Devín. If a violation of this rule is found, the race racer will be disqualified. Additional rules and principles for the use of Pacers are set out in the "Rules" section.                                                       

The ORGANISER RESERVES the RIGHT to check IN OR AT ANY TIME to MODIFY the TERMS of the REGISTRATION IF the SITUATION so requires (for example, the fulfilment of the limits of runners, etc.)

PURCHASE OF BUS SERVICES TO START STEFANIK TRAIL 140

CAUTION: Transport by bus organizers is for sale as a separate item. Transport by bus from Bratislava to Bradlo 22. May 2019 can be bought at www.predpredaj.sk ONLY TO 29.2.2020!! NO other transport, another replacement solution will not be provided to the organisers this year. ANYONE who does not purchase the transport into 29.2.2020 will need to deal with their transport individually. It is also true that if you purchase and miss the departure of the bus or Do not enter the bus for other reasons, the money will not be refunded.

 

PRESENTATION ON STARTUP OR IN THE SHOP RUNNINGPRO.SK

The mandatory presentation must be carried out at the point of launch at the time of the specified time by all runners and riders. We recommend running to come to start at the introduction of mandatory presentation!

"We encourage all participants to present as soon as possible as no bulk start will be postponed for eventual onslaught on the presentation and all races start at a specified time.

Every racer without exception and difference of race is required to bring to the presentation before the start (or When picking up the starting number) the affidavit of the medical review and handed it to the organisers. Without handing over this document, no starting number will be issued to any runners and will not be able to start without the refund of the starting fee. In the event that this document does not bring the competitor before the start to the presentation, it will receive a document with the same text and a mail signature. This document must be signed, otherwise it will not be allowed to start without the right to refund the starting fee. '

Attention!!!

Runners STEFANIK TRAIL 40 and STEFANIK TRAIL 80 permanent residence in Bratislava are required to make a presentation in Bratislava within 2 weeks before the start of the running shop RunningPro.sk more information about this will be received via direct mail after the end of the Registration (after 17.4.2020). 

 

PACERI are presented at the place of their launch before their start (i.e. Before the arrival of his runners at the refreshment station where the runners start to accompany them. Paceri at the refreshment station of its launch must provide the necessary signed documents and proof of payment of the starting, printed from the confirmation email from predpredaj.sk.

 

VERY IMPORTANT!

WHO PERSONALLY DOES NOT PASS THE PRESENTATION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE START, CANNOT START! IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A PRESENTATION AT THE PLACE OF LAUNCH PERSONALLY AND SEND FOR YOURSELF AN ALTERNATE OR A FRIEND! EACH PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN IDENTITY CARD, A HEALTH INSURANCE CARD AND DEMONSTRATE THEM AT THE PLACE OF PRESENTATION. OTHERWISE, THE PRESENTATION WILL NOT BE VALID AND THE START OF THIS PERSON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A CLAIM TO BE REFUNDED. It concerns any individual runner and at least one direct member of each relay team.

The subject of the presentation on startup will be…

  • Collection of starting packages including starting numbers or chips
  • Collection of car labels (individuals 1 car, Ultra Relay 1 car, relay 2 cars)
  • Signature of the Declaration and good health and a thorough familiarity with the route and the conditions of participation.
  • Signature of the Declaration of full Liability for damage to health and on matters during and after the race.
  • The possibility to upload Drop bages (in waterproof packages) marked with the starting number and the name of the station to which they are to be placed.
  • Handing out the luggage of runners for its removal to the destination. Just one bag or backpack!
  • Possibility to donate a voluntary contribution by appropriate to the designated sealed vessel. The financial contributions thus collected will be counted on the target and will be provided for charity. The exact purpose will be specified on this site and on the Facebook page STEFANIK TRAIL.
